Greg provides something that is extremely RARE these days in most businesses....THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICES AND ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK, NOT THE TIME IT TAKES TO COMPLETE IT. I've never been as satisfied about any job as much as this one. Greg met with me to understand exatly what I was looking for in laminate flooring for our 2nd home. He thoroughly shopped around for the best prices he could find (not just Home Depot and Lowes but the Lumber Liquidators and several others). He then returned to me with options and his recommendations. He left me completely at ease during the entire process. Once I selected the material, he provided a solid estimate for the entire job including his labor and a timeframe for completion. How often is anyone this thorough these days ! He began the job this past weekend and I have to say that I'm TOTALLY overwhelmed at the quality of his work as well as his compassion to want ensure nothing but the best service possible. He has worked with me throughout the process with suggestions and cost savings ideas. We are about 90% complete with this job just over 2 days and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome. I'm amazed at the transformation in this area of our home and the work that Greg has done is beyond reproach. I have additional jobs that I fully intend to have Mr. Gardner undertake upon completion of this one and will update Angie's list accordingly. I HIGHLY recommend Greg Gardner. His prices are incredibly reasonable and the pride he puts into his work is awesome. I'm happy to provide photos of this job and any others he does for me. He really went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Greg Gardner Renovations is capable of the following services (and more)-- Updates, installations, electrical, finish carpentry, painting, floor refinishing, basements, drywall work, repairs, deck building and repairs, outdoor ground lighting and title work. Mr. Gardner is thorough and timely. In short, my suggestion would be to give him a try on a small job and let him prove just how capable he is ! He certainly showed me.
