Horrible experience. They did not honor many promises in their contract. Work was poor and damage was done to lawn and screens. Instead of offering to fix the issues, they just wanted reduced payment to close the job. Paint was cracking and peeling in multiple spots one day after completion probably because of improper surface prep according to the estimator when brought to his attention. Actually brought their crew to my home on final day even though they said the crew was fired and just didn't know it yet. Owner did nothing to correct the issues. Stay away.
