My call was returned promptly. When I asked about price, I was told that rotating sprinkler heads cost about $25 and the fixed ones were about $10. Service was scheduled within a few days after my call. The crew arrived a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, which wasn't a problem. They did a clean job and fixed the problems effectively. I was however surprised when I saw the invoice, which included a $45 service charge, $40 labor charge (@ $80/hour) and $36 for parts. (It turns out, the estimated cost explained to me during the call was only for the parts - nothing was said about labor cost or service charge). I spent a total of $121 for 30 minutes of work. In the interest of full disclosure, be sure to ask about TOTAL cost when you schedule service. I was fully satisfied with all other aspects of the service provided, and this was the only issue that detracted me from giving the company an overall rating of "A".

It was a two and a half day process, and it ended up working out fine. They gave me a time, and they were here and working. They did this job through the hottest part of the summer, and they did not slow down. The owner came over on the first day and did the plumbing work from the inside of the house. They spent the next two days installing the system. They had a crew of about five. They were capable and did a good job. Their price and punctuality were really good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a fine job, they were meticulous in making sure every head was functioning and working as needed. Fixed several heads that were leaking, etc. Very pleased, and we'll bring them back for some new lines we'll need for landscaping etc.
