Built homes in Woods of White Lake. All Cohen homes need extensive repairs after 10 years. The roof and siding wasn't properly installed, extensive damage. Out of 15 homes built here, 12 are in need of major costly repairs. If Cohen Homes is still in business, please run, go elsewhere. Our septic failed (3 homes in subdivision) after 8 years $28,000, roof siding and wood repair (they caulked the bottom part of wood) $29,000. They are not qualified installers of hardy plank siding. We paid extra for it and it fell off the house in 2 years, lots of problems.
