They do not stand behind their product. I had epoxy put over my swimming pool cement area. They told me it would not show cracks. After two months cracks started to appear. They said lets go through the winter to see how it survives. In the meantime I have many multiply cracks and can not get them back to fix them. This summer I have called them five times to only get the answer we are really busy. I would never use their product outdoors or recommend them. as you can see I gave them five stars right after the job was complete. That was a big mistake on my part. I would rate them a 1 star at this point. Not a happy customer.

"Sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with the service you received. Unfortunately, we have no control of your existing concrete. Our company installed a decorative-overlayment with intentional lines to create a pattern to blend your cracked concrete. You were informed movement would continue. We addressed your cracks and gave our recommendation for the future. It's also necessary for me to inform the public that the products used are not failing in anyway. I'm truly sorry you are not happy ."
