`My dishwasher was not working properly . My Jenn-Air, self cleaning oven malfunctioned. I set it to clean and the next morning, I could not get the door to release. Stanley came out and did get my oven door open, but I have never been able to use the self-cleaning feature again. He actually disconnected my dishwasher someway and it has never run since. I called to have them repaired, not ruined. I advise everyone to use ANY OTHER company. If not, your repairs could end up with the whole unit not even working.

At first appointment he did not have the part.  Returned the following Monday at the time agreed and charged us for only one visit.

They were terrific - incredibly responsive (twice), identified the problem quickly, left the machine so that it would work (with cold water) during the period when the necessary part was on order. They came within several hours of our calling them on both occasions (to diagnose and to install the replacement part). Their prices were very reasonable, and the washing machine now works perfectly! We won't hesitate to call them in the future. A pleasure to work with.

They were very quick to respond! Ended up just being clothes caught behind the walls if the washer-they were efficient and clean.

The work was done well and the price was fair. The only problem was that I was told that someone else worked on my dryer since the last time they came in, which was not true. I paid $180.00 and what was being said was not correct. I believe once they found the first problem, they stopped and did not go forward to check if all else was fine. Only because of the rudeness, I will never use their service again.

Very well, but the grandson did not seem very friendly.

They came out the same day when I called on Friday. Washer would not spin - initially thought it was the drain pump. It turns out the control board needed changed. They came back on Monday with the correct parts and fix the washer.

I talked to Stanley on a Friday afternoon, he said they could come out Monday morning and would call before coming over. They did, said they would be there in 30 minutes and they were right on time. Had to order a part, which came in the next day. Again they called and said they'd be there in 30 minutes and again they were! They were very professional, did what they said when they said they would, and the prices were very low in my opinion. My refridgerator has worked great ever since.

This is a family-owned business. Grandfather, son, grandson. They have been in business for 50 years. Grandfather Bud and grandson Chris arrived to make the repair.They were both professional, friendly, and skilled. They even cheerfully waited for me to mop the floor behind the fridge before pushing it back into place. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience. I am pleased that my money is staying in the community and that I am supporting a small business. These are good people.

The service man arrived on time, preformed the job as needed in a timely fashion.
He also helped me out with another issue I was having.

He's excellent and we would highly recommend him. He has done work for us several times. If he can't repair it, he will tell us. If the cost of the repair is more than it would cost to buy a new one he tells us and he won't do the work. He will simply charge us for a service call. His prices are very reasonable. He is a very honest man and he does a good job. When he does something he does it right the first time. He had done work on our dryer before and he fixed a refrigerator once. All the services he has done for us have been reasonably priced. We would absolutely hire him again.
