Late Friday afternoon, my car wouldn't turn over. I checked under the hood, but couldn't make any temporary repairs, and didn't have a car (nor the time) to go to an auto parts store. I called Scott at Rock Auto Service and got vehicle towed to shop. After checking the car he called me to tell me what he found, the estimated cost to repair and when it would be ready.
Though it wasn't a big job, I appreciated the quick turn around in getting it repaired on such short notice. It was the first time to have my vehicle serviced there. The towing fee will be reimbursed by my insurance carrier. The price for the labor and materials was reasonable.
My vehicle was ready before noon, and I had transportation for the rest of the weekend! My car is dependable, and gets great gas mileage. I appreciate Scott's service and his honest approach. I'll definitely be back for other car maintenance!

Called Scott and explained the problem, made appointment, dropped van off and Scott told me what he would check it out and call when he knew what the problem was. When he called back with the problem diagnosed I gave the ok to fix and had my van back quickly.
