After the lighting for the sign in the front was completed, we felt the lights were much brighter than they should be. Preferred Electrical Services agreed with our assessment and replaced the lights with lower wattage lights. There was no additional cost for replacing the lights. We were very pleased with there willingness to replace those lights at no additional cost.
The entire job was done at 12349 Adams Road, Granger, Indiana.
"Thanks for your kind comments on your experience with our company. You've reminded me that 'tire kicking' a price neighborhood verbally while taking a first look at a project has it's downsides. It's always best to do the material/rental costing research before commenting on pricing. Particularly when the project involves components I don't frequently use. It should be noted however that the final pricing ($1800.00) was provided up front and in writing before the project was approved. Thanks again for the opportunity to earn your trust."
"Thank you for your kind words. Typical Chandelier installation costs are far less. This application involved the erection and removal of scaffolding, as well as the custom assembly of the chandelier."
