"PLEASE READ THE DOCUMENTS OF CASE TO FIND OUT THE REAL STORY! If you do you can see that we did ALL work to code and it passed the inspection for an upgrade of service with the City of Mishawaka. We did everything as quoted and more (as well as rewiring of the basement for free) that we agreed to in contracts. This customer used a technicality in our contract to get part of the contract thrown out as well as used dishonest statements about what was agreed upon in the quote to sway a judge who has a predisposition to find favor against companies. In summary, we did $15,000.00 worth of work and were only paid approximately $5500.00. The only reason this ended in court is because we sent customer to collections after completion of job. Customer indeed praised us for the work we did when I spoke to him after completion of job. I rest easy and sleep well at night knowing that God is the final judge."
"Mr. Electric of Michiana 0 minutes ago Mr. [Member name removed], I did some checking into the inspection we performed earlier this year. Our service professional that did the inspection is no longer with us but I did find the quote for the repairs from the inspection. It shows that it was emailed to you, however, we found our old system many times landed in customers junk or spam mailbox. I am putting a copy of the quote in the US Post Office mail and I will also email another copy to you. We have a new software program that we are hoping will take care of this issue.
