NEVER allow them to work on your vehicle!!! I took 2 of my cars there in February to have them worked on the first one was a 2005 freestyle walmart service dept stripped the oil plug so took to millins to get fixed and they did great only charged $10 to fix but then stated the wheel bearing was starting to go out. My girlfriend was told that they will call and talk to me about this NEVER heard from them. So i took it back to them to get it checked out again after dropping it off for a WHOLE DAY! they called told me it was the inner tie rods would be $250 then when we got the car back it pulled to the left really hard! and girl friend called crying from work cause it also jumped up and down while turning so... I called them the owner told me to leave the car he will get it towed to shop. Another day goes by and he said he fixed it she went to pick the car up and it now has rubbing noise and pulls to right side. I called he told her to bring it in she does then he takes a ride with her and tell her they don't know what the rubbing noise is could be. He then says maybe WHEEL BEARING! they can go out just from removing a tire Lmfao! then goes on to say the pulling is the road crown problem. and that she needs two new tires. We put new ones on for $300 and then little over 2 months we now need 2 more new tires. We go back to them tell them all of this. He pulls car in now tells us that all for struts need replaced (oh also they are $250 each) we asked how they got that way tells us she must have hit a pot hole. So I asked how did one pot hole take out four struts to me pretty **** funny. So.. point being. We took a car that drove fine as day to them we get the car back in worse condition then when we took it to them. Car number 2: In the time while they are working on the 1st car we took our daughters car there for a rattling sound in the back of car. had to drop off for the whole day. At noon that day haven't heard anything from them I call to find out whats going on? the office girl tells me its back sway bar links that is will be $250 to replace them I tell them to do it. She tells me wont be done until the next day. Daughter misses work. I call the 2nd day at noon to find out the issue talked to a mechanic who tells me their almost done with it. I got off work at 3pm I call they tell me its done. Daughter and I go down to pay and pick up car. The owner then goes on to tell me the bill is NOW $425 cause they did the front sway bar links also I asked way didn't they call to ask if this work was ok to do? He then goes on to tell me that everybody that they work on cars for always does it like this! NOT sure why they would do $200+ worth of work on a car before checking to see if it ok to even do? thank god we had the money to pay it!! update less then 2 months and her car has the same sound back! he tells us to bring it back the daughter wont lets us she is to scared to take it back! wouldn't you be? p.s. We are taking them to small clams court and would welcome anyone with same problem or issues

Their service was very good and I would highly recommend them. I once had a problem with my engine light coming on and I took it to another shop that installed some new sensors and it didn't fix the problem. I took it to Gene and he found the issue right away. I have known him for quite a while and I was very impressed with his knowledge and competence. I feel confident he is honest and I trust his work.

He did a very good job. The price was a little high. He explained everything very well and I understood what was going on.

Their service has been outstanding. They did a great job and it's not easy to find an auto mechanic that you can trust. Gene does very good work at a very good price. When he tells me something needs to be done, I believe him.

This service far exceeded our expectations. He didn't fix or add on anything that wasn't needed (like other repair shops) but also pointed out things to be aware of for the future. For instance, keep in mind that you are at 100,000 miles and at 150,000 you will need ______. He followed it up with and quot;it is not something you have to do right now but you will have to eventually, so keep it in mind so you can plan for itand quot;. He also gave us things to watch for and an estimated cost for the future service. He is outstanding and his office staff and other techs that work for him follow his example. I will definitely use Millin Automotive again in the future!
