They were wonderful, absolutely wonderful.  The owner stayed and was with us all the time, with his crew that was mannerly.  They went over and above.  We had a quoted price but he did a couple of extra things.  They cleaned up just great.  In fact, our neighbors were so impressed that they are having him now.  He really deserves five stars.  We took three quotes and he was $2000 under the other quotes.  It was still expensive but the quality of shingles he put on was great and the whole process was great.  Everything was done very well; he signed a contract, and told us when he would begin work.  We are very impressed with him and his name is Jason Rucker.  He has been in the business since he was just a kid and so he knows his work.  When he comes out to do the quote, he goes on your roof and he takes pictures, he brings it down and you get to see because one doesn’t get go up on the roof often.  Then he sat down and my husband and I understood what he was saying because we are elderly so he made it simple for us.  The crew was nice and they cleaned up so well.  It was a pleasure having them work on our roof.  We were very happy with them.  It is hard to find good roofers and a lot of old people get taken but they are such a nice company.  You pay them half and then they don’t take any more money until they are all done.  We are getting our siding done next year and we are going to get a quote from him because we were so impressed with him.  He came in with his crew; he had the dumpster come in and took off with the old roof.  He told us extra plywood would $35 each, which we didn’t have to use eventually because we didn’t need that many and he said he was not charging us for that because he had some in truck and so he didn’t have to buy it.  He is a very nice young man.  They would let me know when they would go for a break and I liked the way he treated his men.  I was outside gardening and I could hear him motivating his men all the time to keep up with schedule.  They constantly were sweeping up and we had no mess.  At the end, he asked us if we would like him to do anymore, there was nothing and so off he went.  I was very happy with the roof.
