I think their prices are reasonable and they're good. I live in a forest, so there is a lot of tree work here. There were quite a few trees involved. These jobs vary from one job to another. It depends on how many trees are taken down and what you want done, but I consider their pricing reasonable. I don't remember how many trees there were, or how large they were, but they were fairly large trees. I have been using them for the last 20 years. I think there were about 4 or 5 people that came out to complete the work. It was heavy work. The workers that I came in contact with were fine, very nice people. They worked speedily. It was the better part of the day. It was heavy work. They grind up the trees too. They have a truck with a grinder. They have a mechanism for reaching the higher branches of the tree. They have all the appropriate equipment that is needed for this kind of work.  

It went fine. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up and did everything.

The work was better than I expected. The team did a great job of trimming and removing a lot of sizable branches. There was no damage to the roof or to anything below and they did an excellent job of cleaning up, afterwards. I was especially impressed with how much they were able to do without a crane with branches that overhung my house and weighed hundreds of pounds.

When he removed the trees, he mulched everything and cleaned up after himself. He is so clean that after he leaves, you can't even tell he was there. I have been very satisfied with his services. I have recommended him to my neighbors and parents and they have used his services well.

I've used them for years and I try to use them when there is an emergency but they are very busy. I always try to get them when I need the trees maintained. I don't see any reason to try anybody else. I find them to be reasonably priced. They are very thorough. I've never had any complaints. .They do what they say they are going to do and they clean up. I am very satisfied. The last time they were here, I had quotes of $4,000 to $5,000 and they did it for $2,000. They did everything that everybody else was going to do. They are in the tree business and they are salaried unlike many businesses that are only there for a month and charge a lot of money for a little bit of work. Frazier has been doing it for a long time. I hired the father of the fellow that does it now 40 years ago to do my work.

We had several days of bad storms and lots of wind. A huge limb broke out of a tree near the house and was caught up high in the tree on other limbs. I called Mr Fraizer that morning and he had a crew take care of it that day. A man climbed the tree, cut the limb free lowering it to the grown crew who cleaned the area quickly. The man in the tree also trimmed the other damaged limbs from the tree.

This could not possibly have been a more positive experience! David Frazier came and walked the property, evaluating the trees to determine which would best be removed and which trimmed, including which trees could be left for the time being and trimmed further or removed later if they did not thrive. He was attentive to my concerns regarding the health of numerous trees on the property and my desire to keep as many as possible. This was an education in maintaining the health of treed property for me. On the day of the work it was icy in the morning and David called to notify me that they would be delayed. It developed into a cold and extremely windy day, but even with the late start and the difficult conditions the work was done thoroughly and carefully. The crew appeared to be highly skilled and diligent in their efforts The equipment was impressive. I was glad that I had contacted someone who knew what he was doing, had a good background and extensive experience, and the equipment to do the job with expertise. At no time was I concerned regarding safety issues even though most of the trees were mature and located very close to the house. Everything about this job was handled in a highly professional manner and definitely increased my appreciation for the skill and knowledge necessary in this line of work.
