Jenna was great. We had taken our pup to another groomer who said they needed 3 hours since it was a first visit. We came back and they couldn't do any grooming because our pup was too anxious. Jenna explained that on the first grooming they would do a partial groom and ease our Max into feeling more comfortable on each visit. After an hour Max had a trim and a bath and was not shaking at all when we picked him up. He was so happy! She also provided recommendations to make Max more comfortable with the trimmers and facial grooming on a future visit. Thank you for an awesome job!

Fantastic. My pup had a great time and was loved on while I was away. Expensive but it was a great experience. Wish web cams were in more locations...possibly the individual suites.

When we called to make a future reservation, we were told; no problem. But later received a call and was told "oh they're too much work." I just feel that they were not honest with some of their statements and that is very sad. So now, we really wonder what happened with our dogs eye. I just feel that the whole story was not told to us.

They have a clean facility and it's an atmosphere where the animals can be calm while they're there. They even take pictures and send to you while you're away so that you know how your animal is doing. I would be sure to clarify details about services that will be provided or that you want to be provided so that there are no charges that you aren't expecting.
