We spent hours discussing the project. After a week, I called him and he made a quote - said he'd be out with a contract and wanted a deposit. Never showed. Never spoke with him again.

Overall we a very satisfied with the final product. All aspects of out contract have been met.
The "B" in punctuality is basically due to the time required to complete the building. Part of the issue was due to not establishing a time line for completion. We told Bob that we weren't in a hurry so he worked other jobs in parallel with this job. I think the lesson learned is to make sure you and builder agree on when the job will be done.
Bob's Builders was chosen based on a recommendation from a friend and I would be comfortable recommending Bob's Builders to others.
