Wonderful! Work crew was pleasant, professional, on time and got the work done quickly. The whole job was offered at time of year when it was most cost effective.

Did not show up. had phoned twice and sent e-mail. E-mail was returned due to address no longer good--now too late to spray.

I chose them because of their price and their reputation.  The quality of their work was the best, they took an extra day longer than expected to make sure they had the stump ground, and they came out when they said they would.

 After the Crabapple tree was damaged, the crew cut some of its broken branches. This all happened without my knowledge. When it came time for the crew to leave, I was presented with a bill. At that time I was told as a service to me the crew removed some tent worm from the Crabapple tree. This was their reason for removing the branches. I would have believed them except that a neighbor had seen the whole thing transpire and told us what had actually happened. My husband called the owner and told him what happened. He was told that the owner would talk to the crew about the situation. The crew totally denied what had happened. My husband asked the owner  to come and see the situation for himself. He said he would be there on June 14th. He didn't call or come. When the owner finally showed up, he admitted that he believed our story.  To rectify the situation they would trim the Crabapple tree. To this day, June 30th, the stumps have not been ground and the tree has not been trimmed.

We were very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them. We'd previously received an estimate from a company with an A+ rating from Angie's List, but they'd insisted we needed a crane for this work. This wasn't the case. American Tree Care did all the work with ropes and climbers - which saved us $2,100 - and they were very professional and thorough.
