The main installer seemed to know what he was doing but he was under-crewed and sometimes had to work alone, it was too much for one person.
Important: I bought the shingles at Lowe's and the job was quoted by their contractor. All American was the subcontractor. I had good luck with Lowe's on an a couple of earlier jobs, but would not use them again because they are not screening their contractors well enough.
