HASTINGS ROOFING

Initially it seemed fine but began having problems following winter.  Two years later he came to "repair" and fix problems but did so reluctantly.  I have had problems every winter since application and although I had 50 year Certainteed "Shangles" 11 years later my shingles began falling off.  It was discovered that Hastings had nailed them on wrong which invalidated my warranty.  Found areas that were improperly flashed, areas with no felt or underlayment and just poorly applied.  Hastings will not reply to my calls.  I now have to tear off existing roof and put on a complete new one at a cost of $19,000.  Unfortunately the statute of limitations has expired so may have to take a different route to get relief.

After review above received call from Hastings Roofing which had been sold.  New owner seems competent and so my above review is now only past history with the previous owner.  Most likely a new review would be more positive with the new owner.
