I called them @ 8:00 am. I was told they would be there THIS afternoon. At 4 pm, I called back, I was told he was just leaving. They wouldn't tell me where he was leaving from. I know they service a large area... When pressed, they told me the truck would be at my house in 30 minutes. They were. My only problem was the phone person assumed I knew where the truck was. On arrival, the driver was courteous and professional. The job took less than 20 minutes to remove 1000 gallons. Would I use them again? Absolutely.

I called several businesses and this company was able to come out on the same day. The price was a little higher than the others but, for Saturday service and no wait, I thought it was worth it. The service person arrived on time and proceeded directly to the job at hand. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. However, I did have to prompt him to remove more of the sludge after looking into the tank myself when he said he was finished. I would recommend the company, but as with many services, I would suggest being home when the work is performed so that you can be sure it is done to your satisfaction.

Called for quote Friday. Quote was very reasonable. Made appointment for Monday. They came on time. Job was more difficult than expected but well done. Charged as quoted over phone. Very satisfied.
