The installer ( Dennis ) was very professional, he cleaned up after his work, took the time to explain the difference in technology with the new systems and explained the operational requirements. After he answered all my questions we completed the transaction by my issuing him a check in the exact amount provided with the estimate / quote. I'm very satisfied and I would absolutely use this company again for my plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We decided to change out the hot water tank due to it being 19 years old. I called left a message for the person that does the estimate. He called back in a couple of hours he gathered the data and then called back and provided a price. We then set up a date for installation.

 + -1 moreSolomon has always been great to deal with. We live in a new house that was originally plumbed by Solomon. Although we've only paid them for the backflow preventer certification, we've had them out several times to fix warranty issues (these issues were not Solomon's fault, but we trusted them for the fix). Diane in the office has always been very easy to coordinate with and is very responsive. The plumbers have been great as well. Their price for the backflow preventer certification was $5-10 higher than others, but we trusted them.
Description of Work: Solomon Plumbing performed an annual certification on the backflow preventer for our irrigation system.
