We used Apex years ago at our old house, and they did a great job. Pat, then-owner, was very nice, pleasant, and fair in pricing. His workers did a wonderful job. Fast forward to the present and our current home: started off with a leaky pipe fitting. I called Apex, despite Google listing the business as "permanently closed" - I assure you, it is not! Please ignore that and give them a call for any roofing needs. This time, I worked with Jared, Pat's son. He was equally as, if not more, pleasant, fair, and super easy to work with. He responded in a very timely manner, set very realistic expectations for getting work done, and worked closely with us to make sure our heated driveway didn't get damaged from all the work. We never felt like he was price-gouging or trying to take advantage of us at all. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and all the workers were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call Apex again for any issues with our roof, as I found them incredibly competitive and I love supporting local businesses. Early January full roof replacement job. Apex did an excellent job working within weather constraints and keeping me well informed throughout the process. Would hire them again and recommend to others.

Jared from Apex roofing called because he was running late. I appreciate that. When he arrived (only about 5 min late) he said he could do the job right then. Replaced the ridge shingles that had blown off. I had shingles. He also walked the roof and fixed a minor loose shingle. Cost $150. This was a great job. I had received estimates for the job ranging from $1,425 to $800. This was a simple job as Jared proved. Apex is not out to pull the wool over your eyes and charge much more than the job requires. I will use them again when needed.

Arrived when they said they would, did a professional job, cleaned up and took away all debris, and charged a fair price. Had used Apex before and glad to see that integrity continues with the new generation of owners.

Apex first responded to our call for help to perform a few small tweaks to prevent future leaks of our roof … until we could get it together to have a new roof installed. About a year and a half later, Jared, Sergio and crew came out to do their magic, not leaving a single shingle, per se, unturned. They took meticulous care to communicate what they were finding, made the necessary corrections, and gave us not only a beautifully finished product, but confidence that our roof will be protected from the elements. We had a great experience with Pat Davidson and Apex Roofing. Pat came out quickly to give us an estimate and was honest about the lead time. We did get a couple quotes for the job, and all were right in line with each other. We went with Apex because they were recommended by a family friend who is also a home inspector. We were very pleased every step of the way. Pat was very responsive through phone, email and text. Pat was acurate on how long it would take from the time of the estimate to when they could start the job. Once it was our turn on the schedule, they showed up when they said they would, kept us informed when there was a rain delay, and they finished when they said they would. Apex does not use sub-contractors for roofing work, which was very important to us based on experiences with roofing companies that use sub-contractors. The company is a family owned Roofing Co. All workers are experienced family members only, NO sub contractors. Thier work is impeccable! I can't say enough how much they pay attention to detail and they do NOT cut any corners to speed up the job, they just do it right. All are experts in the field, 30 years plus. They clean up after like you didn't know they were there. Its NOT often you find a contractor that you can trust to do the job right, Apex Roofing is the Roofing company to call. Plus they are all very polite people too!!

I needed some minor roof repairs done before winter. It’s extremely hard to find a roofer who will do small repairs especially in the late fall. Apex responded the next day with a quote based on my description. He was able to fit me in right before it snowed on a Sunday. The young man that came out was polite and efficient. We just had a new roof installed by Apex Roofing. It was a complete tear off with new sheeting on our 50 year old house. All aspects of the installation were great: competitively priced, good communication, professional and polite crew. They went above and beyond! We couldn’t be happier with the new roof.

Apex did a roof repair for us back in Oct, 2018. I didn't leave a review until 7 months later just to make sure the job was solid, and it indeed was. Patt was able to estimate and start the work within just a week after initial contact. Work was mainly done by Larry with support from the crew. Larry identified additional issue after removing the shingles. He showed me his discovery and clearly explained the potential root cause of that issue. While I agreed to extend the scope of the work, Larry worked with Patt to adjust their schedule and extended the half day work into a full day work. The work was top notch and at a reasonable cost even after extending the scope. I highly recommend Patt and his crew.

Apex Roofing replaced part of our roof four years ago to correct an issue we were having. He did such a good job then that we called them back to replace the rest of our roof this spring. Pat gave us a detailed quote. He kept us updated as to when work would start. The crew was great! They were very professional and completed the job as promised. Fabulous! Pat Davidson came out to give me a quote within 24 hours of listing with Angie's List. Quote was in line with other 2 contractors, but the contract was much more specific and inclusive of what we needed. We werre listing the house and needed it ASAP. Apex was on the job the next day! A team of 7 men finished the job by dinner time. All were punctual and worked hard all day. Bravo Apex!

Apex did a great job and even took photos to show us the condition before replacing boards. I don't think my roof has ever been in such good shape since Apex completed it. Couldn't be happier.
