Charlie is a great mechanic and provided me a good set of tires for my car at a decent price. He quoted out several options and recommended what would be best for my vehicle. I left my car on the appointment date and returned several hours later to find my car sitting out front with new tires ready to go. After paying, Charlie recommended some other things that might need some attention on my vehicle, but he did not pressure and left it up to me. The tires help my car drive more smoothly and it has better handling since putting them on. Overall, a great experience. The only bad thing about the whole experience is that Dad's is getting so popular with the locals customers, that it is hard to get your vehicle in right away for any type of service. But when people find quality, they keep coming back. Dad's is probably one of the best auto service centers in the area, and people are finding out about it.

They diagnosed my truck on a monday and we schedualed it in on Friday. Monday evening i picked up my truck and found it running rough after they checked it out. I returned the truck and the next morning called them to tell them everything was not ok and we needed to get it fixed before friday. They stared work on it immediately and with it did take them the better part of a week they checked in with me almost every day to keep me up to date. While the service they preformed did not fix the problem i brought it in for ( to correct a gas millage problem presumably due to the knock sensor) they did do a good job and are continuing to search for the problem in my truck. I will be going back to them.

They are very reasonable. They get it done the same day you take it in.
