They gave us an estimate and then we canceled four days later because I found someone cheaper but then I received a letter in the mail saying that I was billed 15% for the cancellation fee. Please not use , anyone else is better than this people because it is a headache to go through this.

They did a great job and clean up was excellent. Their team of workers of respectful.

Very professional and prompt.

We had several quotes but Tri-County was the least expensive. Two of the quotes were more than twice the price. We were more than satisfied with the work. The job was done in the time promised and all debris was picked up. I would definitely recommend Tri-County especially for a large job.

It went well. They cleaned up good and asked me how much I wanted the trees and bushes trimmed before they did the work. Then asked if it was right after they completed work.

The crew arrived exactly at the time they said they would. They did a nice job removing all the dead branches and shaped the tree very nicely. They checked with me to see if I was pleased with how it looked. They did a great job cleaning up as well. They were very curteous and professional.

It was a very positive experience. They arrived earlier than they said they would. The work was amazing because there are a lot of power lines around. The guys knew what they were doing. They didn't wreck any of the lines. When they left it was like they were never here. They totally cleaned up. The tree was atleast 100 years old, but it was dead. The price was much lower than I thought it would be, but I was amazed!

The crew "boss" came out to estimate the cost. Then we set up a date; manager called us with exact time window. Crew of 5 very skilled and hard-working men showed up on time with 3 trucks and all necessary equipment (chipper, stump grinder, cherry-picker, saws, etc.) There was never a moment when I feared they'd damage anything. The cleanup was thorough--the leader even swept all twigs off the roof.

They returned my phone calls promptly. They came out to view the site promptly as well. They were very fast in doing their work. It was amazing! I was able to communicate with the site manager and while we were talking work was being done. The site was left clean. Everything was removed that need to be. They were very professional. I was very pleased.

The experience was good. They had all the proper equipment and insurance. They took into consideration my new roof and safety of the workers and my property.

Very good company. The estimate was higher than Shock Brothers but when I informed them of this they not only matched the price but re-quoted it at $50.00 less. They had the work done within an hour and did a very good clean-up afterward. Just be sure your idea of trimming out dead wood matches theirs. I would have preferred a little less taken off but when I called the company, the owner came out to explain why so much had to be removed in order to prevent a different problem next year. I appreciated the explanation.

Company was professional from start to finish. Workers were prompt, courteous and thoroughly cleaned the area after completing the work. There was no property damage and the plants removed were replanted.

THEY HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT FOR THE JOB I NEED DONE. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE ON THE PRICE. THEY DO HIGH QUALITY WORK IN A SAFE MANNER. THEY HAUL THE DEBRIS AWAY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND I AM HAPPY WITH THEM.

I THINK THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY PICKED UP ALL OF THEIR MESS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS FOR THEM. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS.
