Josh came out gave me a price. Was recommended. Did good job on the roofing but if the nail for the gutter was loose he didn't move it over 1/2 inch. Work was done while I was out of town, my daughter came home and saw they never put anything back ( like potted plants, garden hose and other items you have around the house) , shingles on the ground, nails in driveway and lawn. They just packed up their tools and left. He would call me while I was out of town and want to know when I would be home so he could get paid. When I got home and saw the mess I called him and he was over in less then an hour and apologizing for what his workers left and cleaned up. I withheld $1000.00 because he never repaired the chimney. He said he would be back in 2 days and that was the last I heard from him. I tried calling him twice, once left a message and a week later tried again and his mail box was full. No name on voice mail just a number. Not very professional over all. I guess he figured $1000.00 was worth this time not to fix the chimney. Should have held out more money.
