After assessing the garage door system that was made and installed in the early 80s we decided to upgrade to a new system. Representative was cordial, helpful and professional. Gave advise on which brands and features to consider. Bought unit at a local home improvement store and company rep installed the unit and also adjusted current garage door tracks and springs. Would certainly recommend this company again!

Repeated issues with the garage door opener, it would run for a few weeks, then stop working. I figured it was the sensors and that they needed to be replaced. Eric came and checked the sensors and found they were working fine. The problem was with the door, he made several adjustments and was able to get the unit working correctly.
He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I had used them in the past at a previous house and had similar experience.
I would HIGHLY recommend for any service needed related to garage doors and openers.

I looked up "A" grade garage door repair companies for my mom and M&M came up high on the list. I'm SOOOO glad I referred her to them because they treated her great. Her door was sticking and the rep Alex, took great care of her. She will be scheduling her spring replacement with M&M because they were fast to respond, honest, and great on price. She said Alex was so kind and knowledgeable, that she will use M&M for all her future services.

I called around noon and they were here the next morning. Initially he stated he didn't have the part but opened the door so I could get my car out. He called shortly after he left and stated he could be back in an hour to make repair. He did exactly as he stated and was done in less than a half hour. He also answered several questions.

Mike Came in the morning to determine the problem. Said he would have to come back later with the new seal. Told me between 4 pm. And 6pm. Showed up about 4:15. Took him about 15 minutes to replace the seal, and another 20 minutes to do the rest of the work. Everything is working great. Can hardly tell when the door opens or closes. Very satisfied with his work.

One of the owners came and fixed my broken garage door spring. He was very professional, curteous and informative. Job was done and about 20 minutes or less. It cost about half of what other garage door places had quoted. Very happy with the company and will recommend to friends and family.

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came out on time. He assessed the situation and quoted a price, then was able to complete the repairs. He took the time to make adjustments to other parts of the door that were not broken just to make sure everything was running smoothly. He also spent time talking about how to adjust and install springs (as my husband had completed that last year and still had some questions). He even let my little kids watch (from a safe distance). I would definitely call on him again for garage door repair.
