Brian came in for an estimate about two months ago, he gave a price and I countered it which he then gladly accepted. Member Comments: Since that visit he never called back nor returned my calls. Yesterday I tried to reach out to him one last time to tell him our agreement is breached and I'm looking for someone else to do the job. Well, he answered and said I cheated him into doing the job for cheap and he decided not to go forward with the work!!! I asked him why he never called back earlier and told me his plans so I can call some other contractor but he responded rudely and unprofessionally. I do not work with a guy who has this kind of work ethics who opts out of an agreement after already accepting all terms and without giving a notification to the customer. I don't recommend this contractor to anyone and I advise to look for someone who is professional and knows how to conduct business.

Brian Miesel is very professional and worked around my schedule for the contracted work. He recommended replacing my old sections with slightly smaller sections to minimize the risk of future cracks. I did have one section I was not satisfied with, and Brian came back out to discuss with me within a couple of days. He then scheduled a repair to address my issue, all without any hassles.

While we chose to go with another company for the work, I wanted to write this review because Brian was extremely helpful and forthcoming. He came out the same day I called him to do the estimate. He provided several important points and alternatives that were very helpful to us. His estimate was right in line with the other estimates we received. The ultimate deciding factor was that the other company was able to start the work sooner. i would definitely contact Brian in the future for other concrete related work.

.This was from the start one of the best experiences I have had with contractors. Brian Measel is a hardworking owner/operator. He showed up during a pretty heavy rain to give me an estimate. He saw first hand where the water was coming from and standing in front of the garage door and inside the garage. He, developed a plan to address the water with a drainage system that took care of the problem but didn't dump water into my neighbors yard at the rear of the property. We agreed on a date to start the work. Brian and his team showed up at 8 AM as planned and went to work immediately. He took out the old driveway and then preped the bed for the new driveway and patio. He layed out drianage tile along the drive and installed a grate system in front of the garage along the overhead door and continued the drainage tile from the grate along the side of the garage to the rear yard where a large pit was dug and filled with gravel after the tile end was placed. He then poored all of the concrete which was fibre filled for added strength. He took care to keep any damage to existing grass and landscaping to a minimum. At the end of the project he came back and filled in with topsoil and leveled ready for seeding where needed. He also came back during another heavy rain to make sure the drainage was working adequately and it was. This was a two full day project. Brian pays attention to details such as pouring concrete in 5ft by 5ft sections to limit any cracking that might occur to a smaller area for quicker repairs if required. He even had the neighboring grass along the driveway replaced up to the new driveway and raked the accumulated dirt from grass along the new driveway. This was and still is a wonderful looking and functionally perfect job. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The price was very competitive with other estimates, however the only one with a plan for the water, and the resulting service was I think at the top of the class for this type of work. I highly recommend Brian Measel for any concrete work you may need.

Brian Miesel takes great pride in his work and stands behind the finished product. After my backyard patio was completed, I had a concern that Brian addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I contacted Brian about re-sealing the cement recently and he a great job. His commitment to quality during and after the work is exemplary.
