Everything went very well. Brian was able to fit our job in the same week that I'd called for an appointment. When he was unable to arrive at the agreed time (was only 15 minutes behind schedule), he texted me beforehand to let me know he was running behind. I threw the second issue (gap in padding) at him after his arrival, and he was flexible enough to work that second job into his visit. He cleaned up the areas and vacuumed up after the work so both areas looked spectacular when he was done. His workmanship is great! We're very happy we found him.

I called Brian for a quote to have my basement and stairs carpeted. He came out with samples and measured the area. We picked the carpet that we wanted and he was able to give us the total cost. Brian was able to work with us because we were having our basement finished and needed a couple of weeks before the carpet was installed. On the day of install everything went great! They did an amazing job with the stairs and you can't see any seams. Everything was cleaned up and they vacuumed all the carpet. We also have porcelain tile that he did a great job putting the carpet next to. When we are ready to have our main floor done I will be calling Brian!

Brian came on time and I was amazed at how he was able to stretch the carpeting without removing the furniture from the room. We just had to move it around as he was working. It looks fantastic. He also sells and installs and will bring samples to your home. What could be easier and more convenient?!

Simple repair for an experienced carpet installer. I called him back to look at something else and again he was prompt and professional. Will call him again if I have any further carpet issues.

Both visits, Brian the owner, came out promptly. Very polite and very proffessionally. I had to postpone the second trip because of another worker still working, so Brian was very accomadating to my scheduling problems. EXCELLENT WORK!!!!

Brian was very accommodating from the initial estimate down to the final installation. We had called him on a Saturday for the initial estimate, and he came the following day ,on a Sunday, which we greatly appreciated. He had samples available and actually wrote up an estimate for us to keep. We had checked with two other providers and felt most comfortable with Brian providing the work. We knew he would be doing the work himself and he quoted a fair cost. Brian worked well with our schedule and came out exactly when he said he would. Him & his assistant were courteous, clean, and prompt. He provided quality work and did an outstanding job on our stairs, which we have received numerous compliments on. We are glad to have found a flooring expert and will utilize him down the road when needed.

Brian replied promptly to my call. He arrived on time. He and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. He finished the job quickly. He offered to inspect the carpeting on the stairs above where he was working. He did this extra task voluntarily without being asked. He cleaned up after himself while he worked and again after he completed the job. I really appreciated that! He also explained various aspects of the tasks he was doing as he worked. Brian did an excellent job and I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others!

Brian was prompt to reply to our call and arrived on time to review the job. He was upfront and consistent in his pricing and honest about the best way for us to approach and not overspend. We agreed to a price and he arrived as scheduled two days later. He and his coworker were both polite, respectful and worked without stop until the job was complete - nearly five hours. He accepted our check and provided a receipt without question. The work looks high quality and we would highly recommend his services.

Brian was very neat and courteous of all our possessions and even our 70lb (and overwhelming at times) dog Harley. He cares about your concerns and is very knowledgeable on what he does. The carpet looks amazing and we will definitely be going to Brian again for any flooring needs!

B and L was reasonably priced and most important was honest. This company is VERY Customer friendly and punctual. The appointment was made for Noon and they were on time and efficient (got the job done quickly). The company was neat and clean and very respectful to the customer. I recommend this company 4 Stars**** (out of 4). I will use this company when I need my carpet replaced.

He was wonderful, very easy to work with and very accommodating. He was extremely careful with my freshly painted walls and newly installed wallpaper, he did not even make a mark on either one..... which I know is hard to do when installing carpet. I was very pleased with the overall job and he even carpeted my pets stairs so they could get up on my bed and they look really nice too. Thank you it was a great job and the work around my closet enclosure cabinets was excellent. THANK YOU!!!

Overall it went great! Brian came to our house for an estimate, few weeks later when we were ready, the carpet was installed. Went great.

I found Brian through a friend that used him. Brian was very helpful in showing me all kinds of carpet and carpet that fit my price range. They came in where very clean and courtesy of our home. They came when they said they would and where done when they said they would be. Great experience.
