J-Goods Plumbing and Heating

It’s not often you get to write two good reviews in one year! J-Goods replaced our boiler at the start of the year. They werefast and efficient and reasonably priced. We had a few teething issues and problems and I nearly lost the faith, so when I woke up this morning with no heat at all I was at my wits end. Jon responded immediately to my somewhat emotional voice message and had a senior tech at the house in less than an hour. He found the problem (manufacturer hadn’t tightened a valve and water and electrics don’t mix) grabbed the part and fixed it within a couple of hours. All under warranty and no charge. It’s impossible to say how grateful I am without getting emotional again! :D Thank you to the team at J Goods. I highly recommend them.

Called J. Goods office to report problem w/water heater- Brittany (very friendly and courteous) contacted Jason (tech). Jason on another job but came here next. Super professional!! Polite (removed shoes on entry) knowledgeable, fixed problem within 20 minutes explained everything!! We will be using J. Goods as our HVAC source from now on!! And recommending them to family and friends Thank you!!!

Jason was on time. He was very friendly and got right to work. He explained what was wrong & within 2 hours it was fixed. Very pleasant guy.

Continuing from above, the technician’s assistant helped the customer’s nephew with some of the clean up - - again, typical of J-Goods. The people we deal with at J-Goods are like dealing with family and friends - - friendly, personable and efficient and knowledgeable!

It went very well – Jason was a very nice young man – should I need a plumber again I would request him.

I called him at 7:00 PM and they sent him out for 8:30 AM. He was friendly but still business like Jason was professional at his work. He explained how the furnace worked.

Every aspect was excellent.

Jason & Wally were over most of the time they were traveling a long way. They did great work & stayed until 8:30 pm one night to finish up. They were on time & came when they said very reliable

Old furnace would not ignite from time to time. J.Goods gave me information on new furnace. Called Sunday to arrange delivery on Monday 12-14-15. The crew came in and installed the new furnace, very professional, efficient, left work area spotless when job completed. The new furnace operating - a very nice change for the good - comfort wise and all.

Jason was and is the best. He assured me all's well. I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Jason arrived promptly calling before he arrived. Thorough going over my old furnace and found a fuel leak that he spent much time on to resolve before leaving. Answered one that my furnace was safe for the winter.

The technician/professional, Josh, was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the possible problem and kept me informed through the repairs.

Everything went really well. They are extremely patient, they answered all my questions and they beat the competitors price by quite a bit. They are very clean, they didn't leave any messes and they don't track dirt all over. They are wonderful.

Owner introduced team first day. Called each night to update. Was here most days to work & oversee! Men are craftsmen! JGoos will be doing all service.
