Concrete Repair
They did not follow the blue-prints when putting in the foundation. This problem has negatively affected the whole project. The lowest bid we had to fix this job was over $40,000. They refused to make any corrections to their mistake. I have been battling this company since September of 2007. I have put in over $10,000 in repairs already, and have a variety of bids to get the problem fixed. These range from $40,000-$110,000.
I would tell anyone to stay away from this company. I am currently battling them in court and they have other cases in the courts where they have done the same thing.
