Kevin did a great job at a very fair price! We are certainly going to use him again!

Kevin promptly responded to my request for service. Came and assessed the job and gave us what we feel was a fair price. He purchased the materials and then built two concrete steps leading into the lower level of our house. He did everything as promised on time. Professional and very pleasant to do business with,

First was the demolition. The walls and floor were torn out, toilet removed, sink and tub plumbing were properly attended to. Then came the prep for the new cement board, an adjustment to an old custom vanity we wanted to keep, then the application of the insulation, cement board, then the tiles on the walls, then the flooring (tile), the granite vanity top, then re-assembling everything from the toilet to the shower curtain rod. All with a minimal mess. He cleaned up each day before he left.

One of the great things about working with Total is the communication. It happens! There were no, I repeat NO shortcuts made here.
