WE HAD DRYER GO OUT OVER THE WEEKEND SO WE CALLED AROUND TO SEE WHO COULD NOT ONLY FIX ON MONDAY BUT AFTER 3PM BECAUSE OF BEING A THIRD SHIFT WORKER. THEY RESPONDED, SCHEDULED AND CORRECTED OUR ISSUE THAT DAY WITH THE PROMISED TIME AND A PHONE CALL ON THEIR WAY. GOOD SERVICE AND FAIR CHARGE

I think at this point they have replaced every appliance in the house. I like that they are local, and they do repairs. You can call them and they're here. The people are very responsible. Most of the techs are mature adults that listen and believe what you have to say. They really know what they're doing.

I never heard back from Seaway after being hung up on 6.30.11
I now have to file a home owners insurance claim and pay the deductible to have the repair done since Seaway didn't like the amount from the company they sent out for an estimate and no longer wishes to pay for the repair even though they stated they were responsible in the first place and said they would take care of it.

I DIDN'T EXPECT THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE SO QUICKLY EITHER. THEY MUST BE VERY EXPERIENCED. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP RIGHT ON SCHEDULE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY INTELLIGENT. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY LOOKED VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE.
