Ramos & Sons Auto Body

It went horribly! I got stuck in sand between two sections of a parking lot. All the Ramos Towing (& Sons Auto) driver needed to do was pull me straight out. Instead, he spun me around 180 degrees, forcing the car up and over a section of sidewalk. The force snapped the tow strap and bent the cars strut. I complained to management (who is also owner), I was told it was impossible strut could've been damaged because of his driver. He was very rude. Told me I'd have to take him to court for damages.

I really chose them because their price was better than everybody else. However, the quality was not that good.

Excellent ! I had damaged my tailgate on my truck. I did not have insurance coverage for the damage so I wanted to find a auto body specialist that would work with me to get it repaired but at the lowest cost possible. I went to another shop for a estimate and they acted as if I was taking up their time. Ramos and Sons looked at the damage and explained the type of work that would need to be done. They checked on the internet to find me a used tailgate and the lowest cost.Once they found a tailgate they gave me the estimate, which compared to the other shop was hundreds less and included the fender well repair. The tailgate they found had a couple small dings on it, they called me to come down and take alook at it to see if it would be ok or should we look for another one. The dings were very small and hardly noticeable. They completed the work on schedule called on completion.
