Since I was never contacted with a plan of action, it went POORLY.
Description of Work: I have been reaching out to this company for several months, regarding my dad’s home. I completed the required steps to start the process, however I received a call from Pam, and she stated that my dad’s home couldn’t be searched. I then told her how many rooms the home had. There was no follow-up. I have since called a few other times and left messages, and no one called me back. I was very disappointed on the lack of follow through and will continue my search for a cleaning company who has better business practices.

We sent an estimate by email and didn’t hear back for several months. This was a two-sided missed communication. When we do not hear back, we assume that individuals are not interested in booking, or are not ready to start services.

Really really quality work. The first time there were a few missed spots, but I pointed them out and they were rectified on the next visit. Some larger tasks (a bit of lime buildup on the water dispenser of the refrigerator door) take a visit or two before they are truly done, but that has not been an issue for us.
Description of Work: Whole house cleaning, every other week, for a four bedroom, two bathroom home.

Pam is a professional and does a great job cleaning. We have a large dog, and I'm always impressed that all the dog hair is gone after cleaning. I've been very happy with Pam's service and level of professionalism. The team cleans my house consistently on the same day of the week, with some variation on the time they get here. It's not a problem for me, but if you need them to be there at a certain time, you will want to talk to Pam about that ahead of time to see if that's something she can accommodate.
Description of Work: Pam and a Bucket cleans my house every two weeks. We've been customers for about three years.

Description of Work: Pam is very professional and runs a good business. She is conscientious and personable. The only downside for me would be frequent staff turnover and cleaning times that change from week to week. Neither of these are deal-breakers for me, though.

Pam is very professional (while still friendly) and I can recommend her without reservations. She and her team always arrived promptly on time, after sending an email confirmation the previous day letting us know her expected arrival time. When we needed to move the time, Pam was very accommodating. We had no issues with the quality of the house cleaning and would hire Pam again.

Good enough for government work.
Description of Work: They don't pick up clutter, they don't do windows, they don't move furniture and they certainly don't look behind anything. Honestly, you would think an hourly service would be happy to do whatever they are still getting their $40 per hour. They did a decent job in the bathrooms. Overall, nothing spectacular.
