Back in 2013 I had contracted a home improvemrnt business to do a bathroom remodel. The work started in July 2014. I ended up firing that contractor because of poor workmanship. He had tiled my bathroom tub/shower area and it need to be redone. I couldn't use my shower the way it was after I fired him. I had to connect my bathtub faucet and I couldn't do it myself because the pipe sticking out of the wall was a smooth white pvc pipe with no threads on it..I had contracted a new tile installer but he didn't do plumbing so I called Noordhoff Plumbing to see if they could help me out. They responded quickly to my call. The plumber's name that came over was Rob and he said he could fix it so I could use the shower but he would have to have the wall where the shower was taken down before he could properly install a new faucet. After he installed the tub faucet he tested the water line and no hot water came out, so he had to do some investigating to see why it wasn't working. He had to redo some connections the fired contractor had done to get it to work. When he was finished that day, I could use my shower! He said when I knew the date for the wall demo to call and he would come back and install new the new tub/shower faucet and connections. Rob was very friendly and I was happy with the job he did.
Next visit was scheduled with Noordhoff after I knew my bathroom wall demolition date. Rob came out again, this time his twin brother was with him and they went right to work installing new faucet in the gutted shower. I had asked them to replace the hot water pipe coming from the water heater to the shower because my house is old and my hot water supply was getting slow. They replaced 6 ft. of old pipe with PEX pipe and installed the new tub/shower valves and faucet. I was happy with the job they did and asked if they could come back after the tiling in my bathroom was done to install my new toilet.
Next visit was scheduled when the tilers finished the tiling. This time Brett Noordhoff came over. He installed my new toilet first then he put the shower arm back up and put the faucet handles up over the new tile in shower. Then he put my new vanity in which required him to cut a hole in the vanity so the plumbing would fit in the back of it. He installed my sink faucet and connected my backsplash to the wall, shimmed the legs of the vanity so it would stand up straight. He finished everything with caulk. Everything worked great and looked beautiful! I'm so happy with the result!

They came as promised. The guy was extremely pleasant and professional. He fixed the toilet and made sure everything was working ok. Cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend them.

Bret is a pleasure to work with. Even though he already had a busy day of appointments he responded to our emergency situation and took care of our problem in a timely manner.

They are an old plumbing company here in town. They have done several jobs for us. We had used them in December of 2010 as well. We live in a condo. The company is now run by the son, but his father and partner put all the plumbing in this condo complex. So, they know the plumbing well because the son worked with his dad for a while and he has got the business now. They have always been real good. We didn't buy the condo until after the dad gave up the business and gave it to his son. So, we just call the son and he has done a very fine job. There is no reason why I can't give an A to them. Their price is very competitive. Their quality is very good. If we call them one day, they are here the next day. They are here when they are supposed to be. We would use them in the future too.

He was excellent. His work was just absolutely wonderful. He came out about two or three weeks ago. I didn't dislike anything about him. He was really great. He was friendly. I have dealt with Noordhoff for many years and they are just consistently great. There were no complications. The reseat work and the faucet in the backyard look well. He was late but he had to come in from a different town. He had gotten something mixed up and he had to call into the office. Another guy came by to make sure that somebody was here by that time he was already here. A Noordhoff guy was working out here and another Noordhoff guy went by to make sure we were been taken care off. No one has provided any service like that before.

We called him, he was available the next day which we greatly appreciated!, showed up on time 8:30 am and got right to work we showed him what needed to be done including repair of a hot water heater which simply was adjusted incorrectly he did quickly adjust that at no charge, it is nice to hire someone honest. He gave us a quote sump replacement was $350.00 we had one replaced in the spring at our other house for just $250.00 so I consider his rates to be on the higher side given that previous experience. We asked him to do the work he completed part of the job in about an hour than had to go to another job. He offered to complete the job the next day but due to some other work we were having done we asked him to return 10 days later to complete the job. he asked for no money up front and we paid him upon completion by check. He was punctual, neat and clean including cleaning up after his work, professional and well spoken. A pleasure to do business with.

He was an excellent plumber. He was very reliable and came out on time. He didn't try to push any unneeded work on me and his prices were much better than the competitions. I would highly recommend him.
