He was thorough. His demeanor was it was his own business and he was happy with that. He dressed the way he wanted to and he did his own thing. It worked just fine for us.

Mason Mike showed up soon after I contacted him by telephone. He looked the job over and gave me a price, that I still have a hard time believing. He stated that he would return the next day and complete the project. The next day he came when he said he would. Brought all his equipment and repair product. Began the repair immediately and completed it without taking a break (even not taking one for lunch). As soon as he finished, he cleaned the area up and loaded his equipment back into his truck. All I can say about this repair experience, is that he did a fantastic job and I have a squirrel and rain free basement again. I wish more people had Mike's work ethic and honesty!! They don't come any better than him. As a side note, he was recommended to me by one of the owners of Ace Hardware in North Muskegon.
