The girls who come out, I enjoy them very much. I had to have them when I had my back surgery and I couldn't do the work. I really like them. They are very friendly. I have had them several times. What impress me was that they did this house and measured the house to come up with the price about 8-10 years. They always charged me that price and they have never even been raised. They never charged me to come in again and go through it. If I ask them that they have time and they can work me in, they would say yes. I have a huge house. They did such a good job. Two girls come out, one take upstairs and the other one downstairs. They do a thorough job. They are here when they say they are going to be here.

I've had great experiences with this company. I've been using them for over 6 months. I have them come once a month to clean a large colonial home and they do a pretty good job. Nothing over and above, but I'm not paying for that. I do feel they are a bit overpriced - $145 for once a month, 2 girls, 2 hours. That's pretty expensive. If I have a request for them to use any of my own products/equipment, they are happy to do so. I simply leave the product/equipment out for them and they do so.

The representative came to my house to provide a quotation. During the visit she disclosed that 75% of their clients have pets in the home and the service always used the same vaccuum cleaner to sweep the floors. We said that we wanted them to use our Dyson sweeper so that pet debris from other homes would not be deposited on our floors. We also wanted the service to use our non toxic cleaners rather than their products that would harm the surface of our walls and woodwork. When she learned of our wishes not to have pet hair deposited on our floors or our walls damaged by her chemicals, she said that they would not clean the house.
