The 'guy in charge' (Gary) did a very good job of communicating with us before and during the completion of the work. Gary had underestimated the height of the tree and had to bring in a tree climber to complete the job, but stuck with his original quote - a true 'man of this word'! The crew that did the work was courteous. They even took down another branch on a nearby tree at no additional cost.
