They did a very good job and happy with their work.

They explained things to me because the smoke detectors keep changing and it keeps improving. My experience was good. They spent some time with me making things clear to me, why this would work here and this wouldn't work there. The staff is perfect. I found them very accommodating. One of the things that I appreciated was that they didn't pull this patronizing act on me because I'm a woman. I found them excellent. They lived up to my expectations.

Customer service from Lowe's was great. They directed us toward a carpet style quality that fit our needs/desires and budget. They were patient while we tried different color samples and asked for various price quotes given different carpets and floor plans.
The installer/estimator was quick to get out to the house and was polite.
Once we decided, carpet arrived earlier than predicted. Installation was easy to schedule.
The installer was a few hours late due to previous job taking longer than anticipated, but worked late to finish our job.
They vacuumed the carpet well before leaving and left the house neat.
The carpet looks very nice. I like the quality of the carpet and the install was done very nicely. I like where the seams were placed compared to the previous installation. The seams were done well as to be almost invisible. They also repaired a section of carpet in another area that my cat had damaged. The patch job looked great. They re-stretched the carpet in another room as well.

They were good. Their pricing was good. They were on time and th carpet looks good.

I had only been to one other carpet showroom before coming to Lowe's so I don't know how their prices compare city-wide...but their service was great. Every step of the way was fully explained and as expected. The installers were friendly, fast and skilled. We haven't found any damage or problems with the carpet in any of the rooms (living room, hallway and 2 bedrooms were done). We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet...overall a great experience and I would definitely use Lowe's again.

I USE LOWE'S BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HUGE VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY ARE ALSO A VERY WELL KNOWN COMPANY WITH A GOOD REPUTATION. THE PRICE IS USUALLY PRETTY DESCENT TOO. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL.

WE WORKED WITH AN OLDER GENTLEMAN WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS NICE TO WORK WITH ACCOMMODATING, NICE PEOPLE. IT MADE THE DIFFERENCE. THEY MEASURED FOR US, BUT THEY DID HAVE A WRONG SIZE CABINET SENT. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. IT WAS NO PROBLEM.

THEY CAME TO MEASURE A WEEK AFTER THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT REALLY GOT TO ME WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD DO THE JOB WHEN THEY HAD TIME. IT REALLY TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO FINISH AND IT REALLY DISGUSTED ME.
