He arrived on time. I had researched the issues that the TV was having online and had printed out the information before he arrived. I handed to him when he got there and informed him that this is what people online had found the problem to be. After over an hour he finally informed me that the information that I had given him was incorrect and that the TV was beyond repair. "It is another Mitsubishi mystery." Then he charged me for the service call and leaving all of the screws and everything sitting loosely in the back of the TV. I took the information that I had printed out and went to Radio Shack bought the parts that were recommended came home, found the board and did the repairs myself within 45 minutes and the TV was working.
