DAVID BURNS

We had been looking for houses for a couple of months when we heard Dave's name pop up. Our previous agent basically left us high and dry with the statement "contact me when you find a home you want to look at." After that, we pretty much didn't hear anything back from our previous agent. Dave's name popped up at my previous place of employment and my in-laws also mentioned him. We decided to contact him and see if he could find a house for us. He set us down, talked with us about our needs, and helped us figure out how much we could afford. With that figured out, he went to work FOR us! He got a list of houses together and took us out on a tour of the city. He asked us questions about what we liked and didn't like about the houses. Finally, we found a house that fit us and our budget. Dave helped us get a great deal on the house! We were very pleased with how Dave treated us and helped us in this experience.
