Chris answers the phone and schedules service. He is very kind and responsive. Phil is my usual service guy and is very good...but even when he isn't available I can get great help almost immediately...including weekend urgencies. Tom, the owner, is very responsive and accountable. I just wish I had purchased my boiler, furnace, humidifier, water heater and generator from them in the first place! I went with a company in Zeland that was highly recommended. This other company was very quick/responsive on sales end but very poor on follow-up. Unlike Carmichael, they were not adequately staffed to cover this area. They eventually referred me to Carmichael!!!

It was pleasant doing business with them. From bid to clean up the job was done right. The old furnace was removed and a good working replacement was neatly installed in quick fashion.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY CAME IN WITH FOUR GUYS AND DID A VERY QUICK JOB WHILE STILL DOING GOOD WORK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PLEASED IN MY LIFE WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.

THEY WORKER WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS WE HAD ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THE COST OF A NEW COOLING SYSTEM. HE GAVE US A VERY GOOD DIAGNOSES OF THE PROBLEMS AND THE COSTS.
