Order placed 2-11-17. Told blind would arrive in about 3 weeks. Received a call 3-13 was told blind was at his business but he was ill and had a doctor's appointment and would get back with me. Didn't hear from him so I called 3-20 and was told he couldn't discuss what was going on but he would send his installer to do the work. The installer came on 3-24 and did a great job. I'm puzzled as to why he didn't send him earlier as the blind had been at his place of business prior to 3-13.

Fantastic.  This is the second time I've used this vendor.  They are prompt, professional, courteous, do great work, very neat, and the products are excellent.  The cost is, of course, higher than if you use a big box store, but the service at Budget Blinds of Muskegon is outstanding.  I wouldn't use anyone else.

Very well, they stayed about 4 hrs, installed them all, moved furniture that we couldn't, cleaned up and removed all the boxes
