Aaron and his crew worked steadily until the job was done. They were very willing to arrange and re-arrange my heavy furniture until it was just how I wanted. They took great care to protect my belongings and my home from any damage. It turned out that a few pieces of furniture just wouldn't fit up the old stairs (not their fault, obviously...) but they made many attempts before I finally told them to call it quits. I'm pretty sure they would have tried for another half hour if I let them. They did offer solutions that I could try to get my stuff up the stairs later and I much appreciated that. I was really impressed with how well the crew worked together. It's like they have a secret language when carrying a heavy piece and they know exactly what the other person is doing. If you've ever moved a dresser with your spouse you know how it can turn into a stupid argument pretty quickly. These guys are mind readers or something because they barely spoke to each other and each move went super smoothly. Next time I move or even need stuff moved within my home I will be calling them again.

Estimate and service were prompt and professional. Items disassembled and reassembled properly

We felt that the movers did a great job! They placed runners through the house so they would not track dirt and worked very hard the entire time that they were here. They unloaded the truck in three hours or so.

This was the 2nd time I'd called Aaron (owner) in one month to assist me and my fiance with our move into our new home. We had two households to move and I was relocating to a new city.
Both times I called Aaron at the last minute and he graciously worked us into his schedule.
Both times Aaron and his colleague arrived promptly and began working immediately. There was no lag time - they worked quickly and continuously to get everything moved efficiently and quickly. They even accommodated an extra stop I had along the way to pick up furniture I'd purchased that same weekend. They were also very careful with our belongings when loading and unloading the truck.
They were courteous and professional - even when I was at the point of exhaustion at the end of the night and could barely hold my head up (while lying in bed) to instruct them as to where to place the items they were unloading :-) They were both of good humor and very pleasant to work with.
BrockStar Moving is at the top of my list for local movers!
