Worked out very well. Initially contracted Brad in August to do the kitchen. After assessing what was to be done, they were very good about communicating what they were going to do & when. They showed up when they said they would, went promptly to work, & always cleaned up when they were done for the day. While finishing the kitchen, knowing he had time between other jobs, we contracted him to do some of the windows. They turned out so well, & with the window deals that were in effect then (prices & rebates), we had them do the rest of the windows in the house. By the time the last of the windows arrived to be installed, it was January in Michigan, with snow on the ground & winds howling.

They laid drop cloths down the length of the new floor they installed last summer, so they didn't track anything inside. They also used drop cloths beneath the windows to catch the debris from removal, in addition to the drywall and general construction debris. They swept and vacuumed the floor when they finished, cleaned up all debris outside the house from their work, and hauled my old windows to the dump. I did have to do a bit of painting around each window when they were finished.
