Bee's Painting & Wallcovering

We contacted Bee's Painting and Decorating last spring. At that time he was booked and we said it would be fine if he came when he could fit us in. We have a 156 year old home and just wanted it to be done correctly. Mr. Swainston called the 2nd week of January to say he had time as another job he was working on was on hold waiting for correct materials and that he could start. He began the next day promptly at 9am with his helper Pat. They were very professional and cleaned up each day after they completed what they began. It took about 3 weeks working approximately 3 to 4 days a week. They took their time to make sure it was done right. Many of our windows were the originals and took a great deal of time to sand, prime and prepare. But, the result was great. They also had to match the original colors that we had used back in the mid 1980's and they did a great job with that. I had some trouble getting the windows to slide up and down and they made sure before they left that all the windows were in working order. However, they said that if they did not work easily when we went to open them this coming spring to just call them and they would come back and make sure that they did. They are located 1/2 hour away. Mr. Swainston and her partner were very friendly and courteous. They made certain all furniture and draperies they moved went back exactly as I had placed it or hung them. I would certainly hire them again and I am glad they we waited for them.
