The man was early.  BIG PLUS IN MY BOOK!  Informed me of a safety concern with the garage door that would cost a little more and still got me the best deal.  This installer was chosen at the Lowes store from which I purchased the opener and installation.  He kept me informed at each step and was very friendly.  Finished in 90 minutes including testing, mounting of all switches and the keypad in the house and removal of the padlock that was used for the door.  He made sure we were completely satisfied and went above and beyond.  I recommend them for any work of this type.
