ACME TREE SERVICE

called in March and got an estimate within a week or so. then I was ignored for MONTHS!! kept being told the owner would call me but he never did. finally was given a schedule date of june 4th. They canceled due to weather and then called the next day claiming their equipment broke down and would be late. they never showed up. The day after that I called asking when they would be here. the lady on the phone said the owner would call me. never got a call. just like the many other times I was told the owner would call. call someone else who cares! Acme tree does not care about their customers time at all. I even told them I have a tree with a crack by my house and they never called back. My advice is to call someone else if you want your time and property to be respected. I spent 3 months trying to get this job done just to be ignored by them.

It was amazing. Done in 5 hrs. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. The crew was fantastic. Would highly recommend!! If I wasn't happy I'd say so. Very happy customer. Vicki Whiting☺👍

Team was prompt and well organized. Only took 2 hours from start to clean up.

removed 3 trees too close to house and leaning over house~~removed other limbs over hanging home. |left wood for neightbor cut up and clipped all limbs left for composting! | |done either oct/nov 2013~~

They do an excellent job. They are very personable and efficient, and they cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend their services.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND THEY SEEMED TO BE ALRIGHT. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE VERY FAIR. THEY DO A FINE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP REALLY WELL. I DIDN'T CRITICIZE THEIR JOB TOO MUCH.

I'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT. THEY DID WHAT THEY PROMISED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
