One of the employees removed a Pella glass door that had been installed earlier and dropped it. It broke. Said they would replace it and install it. This was about mid October, 2013. Jan 2014 the replacement door was finally installed. Not happy with the puctuallity. They had been paid, in total, in October, 2013. Winter in northern MI is v. cold and lots of snow. No outside door on the storm porch during this time frame was not acceptible. While they did an excellant job on the rest of the project and I would hire them again, I would withhold final payment (all of it) until the job was fully completed.
