Plumb Crazy Plumbing

General Contractor in charge of the rebuild of our home after a house fire hired Plumb Crazy to install all new plumbing in our home. Less than two years later, we discovered the main sewer pipe that was installed by Plumb Crazy was never sealed around it. This sewer pipe runs along the basement wall and exits through the poured concrete basement wall and connects to the septic tank pipe. Since the basement was finished, we didn't realize the pipe was not sealed around when we discovered mold, mildew and mushrooms growing in our basement. A wall was built in front of the pipe. We had to tear out a wall to find the source of the leak. Ground water had been leaking in around the pipe for nearly two years, into our basement and absorbed into the walls and carpet. We contacted the General Contractor, who supposedly contacted Plumb Crazy regarding this issue. Plumb Crazy denied replacing the pipe, even though I have pictures to prove it was replaced. According to the General Contractor, Plumb Crazy refused to submit a claim to their insurance company to pay for the damages and losses to our basement. The General Contractor also refused to submit a claim for their insurance to pay also, although they too were negligent, so we are stuck with thousands of dollars worth of damages due to Plumb Crazy's and the General Contractor's negligence. Plumb Crazy has never contacted me regarding this matter.
