I contacted Steve Ley fencing by phone in early to mid-July. I had a visit for an estimate in the early-August, at which point we came to an agreement. After another 4 weeks, roughly Sept 9th work was started. Steve showed up for roughly a week straight, worked 12 hour days and did a good job. He also took care of all the permits and worked with the city to figure out some of the more confusing aspects of the city's fence ordinance. Although phone communication was slow (typically a week to return a call), once he was on-site, he worked hard and did a great job.
