+ -1 moreI called this guy twice over a 4-week period to request an estimate. Each time, I got voicemail and left a clear message with name, telephone number, and details. He couldn't be bothered even to return the call. I can understand being too busy to do the job or not wanting it, but it takes no time simply to return a call, which is basic courtesy. I congratulate him on having so much business now and in the future that he doesn't care about new customers because I sure as heck won't use a guy who can't be bothered to reply (not that I could!) and certainly won't recommend him to others. DN Rau Incorporated also couldn't be bothered to even return a call. Skinner Masonry was too busy to come give an estimate, but at least replied.
